Read carefully before registration and check-in.
Access is prohibited without the organizers’ approval.
1.1 These rules apply to all persons present at the event: players, staff, crew, photographers, visitors, and collaborators.
1.2 The organizers have full authority over safety, access, discipline, and sanctions. Their decisions are final and binding for the entire duration of the event.
1.3 Participation is allowed only to individuals pre-approved by the organizers; rejected persons will not be granted access.
1.4 Minors are not admitted. Access is permitted only to persons who have reached 18 years of age by the date of the event.
1.5 By checking in, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these rules.
1.6 If civilians are observed in conflict zones, the game must stop immediately with the shout “STOP GAME! CIVIL ON FIELD!” and an organizer/referee must be notified at once.
1.7 The use of airsoft replicas against animals, wild or domestic, is strictly forbidden.
1.8 Advertising or visible promotion of any kind during the event is allowed only with prior approval from the organizers.
2. Access, Check-In, and Entry Times
2.1 Access to the event area is granted only after check-in: ID verification, chronograph testing, and receiving a unique identification number.
2.2 Each participant must present all required forms in original, printed, and hand-signed (participant declaration, vehicle declaration, airsoft replica declaration).
2.3 Each participant must visibly wear the unique identification number throughout the event; absence of the identifier means off-game status until verified and corrected.
2.4 Any participant list modification or spot transfer is allowed only with written approval from the organizers; informal transactions are invalid.
2.5 Check-in schedule and access windows will be publicly announced; arrivals outside these intervals may be refused.
3. Mandatory Equipment and Recommendations
3.1 Certified eye protection is MANDATORY in the entire play area, except for safe zones such as camping or eating areas; regular glasses or sunglasses are not accepted unless adequately protected.
3.2 A red “dead rag” during the day and a red light at night must be used by all hit players (also in friendly-fire cases).
3.3 Proper outdoor footwear is mandatory. Gloves, kneepads, and facial protection (mask) are recommended; in CQB zones, certain protection items may be mandatory.
3.4 Each player is responsible for their personal equipment, battery reserves, hydration, and personal medical kit.
4. Chronograph, Replicas, and Performance Rules
4.1 All replicas will be checked with a chronograph during check-in; non-compliant replicas will be banned.
4.2 FPS limits and minimum engagement distances will be established and announced at check-in; compliance is mandatory and will be periodically checked by organizers and referees.
4.3 In safe zones, replicas must be unloaded with magazines removed; showing a loaded replica in a safe zone will be sanctioned.
4.4 Blind-firing, shooting into crowds, or any unsafe replica use will result in immediate disciplinary action.

5. “HIT” Procedure, Eliminations, and Fair Play
5.1 The “HIT” procedure is clear and mandatory: the hit participant shouts “HIT!” / “DEAD!”, uses the red rag (day) or red light (night), and awaits a medic (scenario participant) or retreats to respawn; eye protection must remain on at all times.
5.2 Self-declaration of hits is mandatory; attempting to hide a hit (cheating) will result in progressive sanctions up to a permanent ban.
5.3 Disputes regarding hits, non-hits, or misunderstandings must be resolved only through organizers/referees; their decision is final.
5.4 Firing through obstacles toward enemies is forbidden.
6. Organizers, Referees, and Rule Enforcement
6.1 Organizers and referees wear visible identifiers and may stop the game, perform checks, and apply sanctions immediately.
6.2 Referees may apply sanctions without organizer approval.
6.3 Refusal to follow organizer/referee instructions leads to severe sanctions for the participant and potentially their team or club.
7. Health, Medical, and Emergencies
7.1 At check-in, first aid point location, ambulance routes, and emergency contacts are communicated.
7.2 Medical staff will be present as per the event plan; in emergencies, only organizers call 112.
7.3 Any accident, fracture, bleeding, or medical incident must be reported immediately to organizers/referees and recorded in the official incident form.
7.4 Participants posing a risk to themselves or others may be removed or evacuated without refund.
8. Alcohol, Drugs, Physical Condition, and Real Weapons
8.1 Possession or use of real weapons is strictly prohibited. According to Article 372 of Romanian law, unauthorized carrying of a knife (or any bladed weapon) is a crime and punishable by law.
8.2 Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly forbidden before and during the event; offenders will be permanently banned without refund.
8.3 Organizers/referees may request medical evaluations or temporary removal of any participant whose health condition raises concerns.
8.4 Aggressive behavior or verbal/physical abuse will be sanctioned immediately and may be reported to authorities.
9. Night Operations and Movement on Field
9.1 Solo movement is forbidden; players must move in groups of at least two, both on the field and in safe zones (camping, eating areas).
9.2 Red light, dead rag, and night gear must be used according to instructions.
9.3 Dangerous zones may be closed at night; route instructions from organizers/referees are mandatory.
9.4 Passing through villages is allowed on foot or in-game vehicles, but use of replicas during this time is strictly forbidden.
10. Field Markings and Off-Game Zones
10.1 Respect markings as indicated on the map.
10.2 Altering or removing props/decor elements without approval is forbidden.
10.3 Temporary structures have posted capacity limits; exceeding them is not allowed.
10.4 Incidents in camping areas before game start are each participant’s responsibility and must be reported immediately.
11.1 Players must show respect, politeness, and proper conduct toward all civilians or visitors near the play area.
11.2 The use of airsoft replicas or any equipment in a way that may intimidate or endanger locals or non-players is strictly forbidden.
11.3 Communication with locals must be calm and respectful; misunderstandings or incidents must be reported to a referee or organizer.
11.4 Breach of these rules will result in immediate sanctions — from temporary removal to permanent exclusion without refund.
11.5 This rule is binding, and organizer/referee authority is final and non-contestable.
12. Special Effects, Smoke, and Pyrotechnics
12.1 All pyrotechnic or smoke effects require prior approval and are operated only by organizers.
12.2 Commercial airsoft grenades may be allowed with written approval; their use may affect respawn and safety distance rules.
12.3 Any effect endangering health or the environment is forbidden.
13. Batteries, HPA, CO₂, and Charging Areas
13.1 Battery charging is allowed only in designated areas; unattended batteries are not permitted.
13.2 HPA/CO₂ refills are done only in designated spaces by authorized personnel.
13.3 In case of an incident involving batteries or gas, follow staff instructions.
13.4 HPA tanks will be sealed at check-in; refills require a referee/organizer’s presence for resealing after completion.
14. Vehicles, Drones, and Special Equipment
14.1 Vehicle use in-game requires organizer approval and compliance with imposed conditions.
14.2 Drones are forbidden without authorization and legal compliance.
14.3 Owners of vehicles or special gear are responsible for damages and necessary authorizations (as declared in the signed vehicle declaration).
15. Communication, Language, and Ethics
15.1 Radio communication must be concise and effective; use proper language (Romanian/English).
15.2 Insults, harassment, or inappropriate behavior are forbidden and sanctioned.
15.3 Internal disputes must be reported to referees; aggressive self-resolution will be punished.
16. Noise and Behavior in Camping Area
16.1 The camping zone is for rest and recovery. All participants must respect others’ peace and comfort.
16.2 Between 22:00 – 07:00, loud noise, music, shouting, or any disturbing behavior is forbidden.
16.3 Exceptions may occur only for official organizer activities announced in advance.
16.4 Sound systems, generators, or noisy equipment are forbidden during rest hours.
16.5 Breach of these rules will result in sanctions from referees or organizers — from warnings to permanent exclusion.
17. Environmental Protection and BBs
17.1 Organizers may require biodegradable BBs only; compliance is mandatory.
17.2 Littering is strictly forbidden; use the provided waste collection points.
17.3 Environmental violations may result in sanctions or remediation obligations.
17.4 Dumping of waste (oils, chemicals, etc.) anywhere on the field or camping zones is strictly forbidden.
18. Incident Reporting and Discipline Procedure
18.1 All incidents, including near-misses, must be reported to referees and recorded officially.
18.2 Sanctions are progressive: verbal warning, time-out, temporary exclusion, permanent ban.
18.3 Severe violations may lead to permanent removal without refund and reports to authorities.
19. Media, Photographers, and Off-Game Visitors
19.1 Media and visitor access is granted only with organizer approval; they must wear visible ID and be accompanied.
19.2 Any photo/video material may be used by organizers per the signed consent at check-in.
19.3 Shooting at media staff/photographers/videographers is strictly forbidden.
20. Rules, Updates, and Administration
20.1 Reading and understanding the rules is mandatory.
20.2 Joule limits, mission procedures, and rule updates will be announced at the briefing or via official channels.
20.3 Organizers reserve the right to modify the rules or take operational decisions for safety and fair play.
21. Acceptance and Final Provisions
21.1 By signing the acknowledgment form and attending the event, the participant confirms full understanding and acceptance of the rules and organizer decisions.
21.2 All required participation documents must be brought, completed, and hand-signed in original at check-in.
21.3 Organizers may refuse access, modify, or suspend participation without refund at their discretion for safety or disciplinary reasons.
